It has been another fantastic term in 2/3/4. I am so proud of all the amazing things that the students have achieved this term. All the students have work hard in class and always demonstrate great determination with their work. In Maths there has been a big focus on learning times tables. I am so happy that so many of the students have tried hard to memorise some of these facts. I hope they continue throughout the coming terms to know as many of these facts as possible.

In English we have been working on speeches. I demonstrated how to prepare and deliver a speech. All the students chose a simple everyday item like bricks or glass to write a speech about. Even though for many of the students this was their first attempt at independently writing a speech, they did an incredible job. We discovered some of the students had a hidden talent for public speaking.
